In the late 19th century, New Harmony was home to a well-respected troupe of professional actors and musicians - the Golden Troupe. The Golden Troupe is a permanent exhibition in Thrall’s Opera House, which served as their home theatre. Each year, a different aspect of the Troupe is explored. Spend an evening attempting to solve a fictional murder mystery inspired by the real history of Thrall’s Opera House and the Golden Troupe family who performed there. Explore Indiana’s history of traveling performers and prohibition during the roaring 1920s, all while hunting for clues and trying to crack the case!
