The Orchard House is the New Harmony Inn’s premiere guest house. Located next to the Cathedral Labyrinth, it features four bedrooms, two with King beds, two with Queens, each with a full bath. It has a comfortable a sitting room, a common area and dining room, a full kitchen, reading room and wood burning fireplaces, among other features. The 1840 Garden House is a one bedroom dwelling with a beautiful yard located across the street from the Roofless Church grounds and Lenz House. It features a Queen sized bed, galley style kitchen, full bath and a sitting room. Seasonal features include a screened-in porch and a full wood fireplace. The Granary house features an open floor plan and a fully furnished kitchen. It has two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and two full baths. There’s also a lovely garden room, outdoor patio and garden, as well as a comfortable porch swing on the side. The garden room has a pull out sofa and a day bed with a trundle. The living room also has a pull out sofa. Modern conveniences include Wi-Fi, internet, a big screen television, a Wii, abundant reading materials, bicycles and an outdoor grill. Continue reading
The Ludwig Epple Guest House is conveniently located in New Harmony’s historic district where it was built by Ludwig Epple, a member of the original Harmonist community in 1820.
It is a large house with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight adults. Guests can rent the entire house, or each room separately. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room and it is beautifully furnished throughout. Continue reading
