French Macaroon Making Class

French Macaroons are beautiful, flavorful, and a bit intimidating to make. Shari Ross takes the mystery out of the process, demonstrating each step, illustrating how the macroonage and fillings are made, and showing what the mixtures should look like at each point along the way. After receiving a thorough foundation, each class participant then makes his/her own batch, choosing colors and flavors, with Shari providing helpful guidance. At the end of the class, participants leave with a box of their own beautiful and delicious creations.
