Hovey Lake ID Hike and Tool Demonstration

Join the Posey Invasives Partnership and Hovey Lake FWA staff to learn how to identify common invasive plants in the FWA. Take a short, guided walk through a wooded area to identify invasive plants. After the walk FWA staff and representatives from Posey Invasives Partnership will demonstrate tools and techniques commonly used to control invasive plants. This event is FREE and open to the public. Bring sturdy boots that you don’t mind getting a bit muddy and your reusable water bottle. Light refreshments and a water station will be provided.
